(AhlulBayt News Agency) - Iraqi anti-terrorism forces discovered a second ISIS prison in Mosul where the terrorist group held and tortured many prisoners.
Ali Mohsen, an officer from the anti-terrorism forces, said that on Monday that their forces found the second ISIS detention place during a military operation in the eastern Mosul.
"Our forces managed to find another prison of the ISIS organization during the combing operations in al-Zuhur neighbourhood in eastern Mosul" he said
However, the prison was empty of detainees, he said, noting that it was comprised of dozens of solitary confinement cells as well as a very large hall for certain detainees tortured with electric shock.
The troops found a lot of documents inside the prison especially lists of names of detainees and the wanted individuals, he added.
The Iraqi forces previously found another building which was used by the militants as a detention place in Mosul.
